Within Saudi Arabia:
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days in major cities. It may take slightly longer during high seasons or holidays.
Outside Saudi Arabia:
International shipping typically takes 5 to 15 business days. Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.
Once your order status is updated to "Processed", you will receive a tracking number and direct link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Door-to-door delivery may not be available in remote or rural areas.

Shipping companies operate Saturday to Thursday; Friday and public holidays are non-working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer fails to receive the order for any reason, including free shipping.

Returns for international shipments are not accepted.
Compensation is only considered in exceptional cases as evaluated by our customer service team.
